Brought home to Campbellton, Restigouche Co., where she had lived most of her married life. On July 17, 1915 in Newcastle, North Co., N.B. she married: James Richard(Dick) Woods. Katie as she was called celebrated her 100th. Birthday on Feb. 27, 1993 at Shepherd Lodge, a seniors Home in Scarborough where she was residing.
The following marriage notes for Kathleen and Dick were found in the N.B. Archives which reads: It states Dick, age 26, bachelor of Kent Junction and Kate, age 22, a spinster of Rogersville were married in the Methodist Church in Newcastle, N.B. by the Rev. H. Harrison. Witnesses: Ronald and Alice Harrison.
Richard (Dick) was a Conductor for the Canadian National Railways on a train which ran from Campbellton to Moncton, N.B. It was a three car and was called the Scooter. They had 7 children. Both are buried in Campbellton, N.B.
