|Maud was born on Dec 28, 1883, in Tarrytown, New
York, to Obder & Loretta Hartt. She was made a naturalized Canadian in 1898. Maud
married Wilson Anderson Loudoun of Chatham, NB.
His father and mother had emigrated from Scotland in
1850. He was trained as an accountant and became the
Comptroller-General for NB. After Wilson died, Maud
spent the summers at her property on Sypher’s Cove,
Grand Lake, NB, and her winters in St. Petersburg,
Florida, until she became too old to keep up the place.
Maud died on Dec. 16, 1966, in Fredericton, NB.
Both are buried in the Riverside cemetery at Chatham,
