|Albert William was born: October 5, 1865 Millerton,
North Co. NB. Died (Source Miramichi Paper April,
1940.) He died April 1940 in the Miramichi Hospital
at 6 p.m. after 6 weeks of illness. Mr. Hartt was a
lifelong resident of Millerton and was 75 yrs. old.
He was a member of the Anglican Church. Funeral
services were held from his home at 2:30 p.m.
Sunday and at St Peterís Anglican Church, Millerton
under the direction of Rev. H. M. Alexander;
assisted by Rev. J. M. Rice pastor of the United
Church who spoke of the high esteem in which Mr.
Hartt was held. St. Peterís church choir sang the
hymns: Rock of Ages, Peace Perfect Peace, Dear
Lord and Father of Mankind, Safe in the Arms of
Pallbearers were: William Campbell, George Ife,
John MacKay, OíDell Saunders, William Crocker
and Wallace Barron. Interment was at St. Peterís
On Aug. 1, 1885 in the Methodist Parsonage by Rev.
D. Chapman; William married Sarah Walsh (d/o:
Linn Walsh) of North West Miramichi. Sarah was
born Sept. 9, 1865 Roman Catholic (Newspaper
Aug. 5, 1886) Film: 1375821. They had 3 children.
