Parker Estes Hart Jr. was born to George and Margaret (Hogg) Hart in 1897. He married Mina Weintraub January 26, 1925 in Elkton, Cecil, Maryland. Mina was born 17 November 1904, Maspeth, Long Island, New York. Mina Weintraub’s family was Jewish and from Eastern Europe. She had been schooled in a Catholic Convent after her mother died. She was a chorus girl on Broadway dancing as a flapper when she met Parker Estes Hart. She used the name Mina Wynne at the time. A group went to the University of Virginia to choreograph and dance in a graduation ceremony. While there she met a physical education teacher, Parker. They arranged to meet “half way between New York City and Richmond, Virginia and get married”. The town was Elkton, Maryland. They had one child, Mina Rosalind Hart, who later changed her name to Myna, then to Elizabeth Hart Nagle.. The couple divorced when Mina was 3 yrs old. Parker then married a Dorothy? They had a son named John E. Hart. Parker Estes Hart died in 1949 in Florida USA. Contributed by Joan Haynes
