Harry Leland Hartt was born on June 7, 1928, at Fairy Glen, Saskatchewan. He passed away on February 11, 1985, in the Regina Pasquia Hospital at age 56. Harry was the son of Ernest & Grace Hartt. He took his schooling in Fairy Glen, Sask. and then went on to attend Business College in Prince Albert, Sask. He worked for the Bank of Commerce for several years becoming loans manager in Winnipeg, Manitoba, He then worked on the auditing staff out of Winnipeg for awhile before moving to Vancouver where he worked for Crown Zellerbach Company as an account. He then became manager for H & R Block, the income tax firm, before deciding to go into business himself. He then opened, owned and managed the North gate Income Tax Office in Regina. Harry was the type of person who devoted his leisure time to working for a variety of organizations: Shiners, Masonic Order, Royal Canadian Legion & Rotary Club No 555 in Regina. Harry is buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Melfort, Saskatchewan
