BETWEEN 'Ezekiel Seely and Rebecca, his wife, Daniel Tracey and
Lydia ,his wife and William Dell Hartt all of the Parish of Wakefield in the County
of Carleton and Province of New Brunswick of the first part and the Trustees of the Third
Tier Free Christian Baptist Church of Wakefield aforsaid of the second part'
WITTNESSETH that the said 'Parties of the first part' for and in consideration
of the sum of 'Forty dollars' of lawful money of New Brunswick to the
said Parties of the first part' in hand and truly paid, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, by the said 'Trustees of the Third Tier Free
Christian Baptist Church Wakefield'
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, 'Have' granted, bargained, sold,
released, conveyed and confirmed; and by these presents 'Do' grant, bargain,sell,
alien, release, convey and confirm; and by these presents 'Do' grant, bargain,
sell alien, release, convey and confirm unto the said 'Trustees of
the Third Tier Free Christian Baptist Church Wakefield their Successors'
and assigns 'the following described Parcel of Land situate in Wakefield
aforesaid, being a part of the Suotrhern half of Lot Number Sixteen in the Third tier of
Lots from the River Saint John Granted to Whitfield Hartt containing one full and exact
acre and bounded as follows commencing at a Cedar Post on the Southeast coorner of said
Piece conveyed and marked by three Hacks on the West and North sides
thereof, thence running north along the Main Highway Nine Rods, the side lines running
westerly and paralell to each other so far as to contain and include one full acre and
being the same land conveyed to hand Ezekiel Seely and William Dell Hartt by Enoch Tracey
on the 13th day of August et al.1853 and Registered in Book 0. of Carleton County Records
on page 287,288 and 289 on the 23rd day of September A.D.1853' Together with all Houses,
Barns, Buildings, Edifices, Fences, Improvements, Profits, Privileges and
appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any manner appertaining ;and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof

And also the Estate, Right, Title, 'Dower' Interest, use, Possession,
Property, Claim and Demand, either at law or in equity of 'the said Ezekiel Seely
and Rebecca his wife, Daniel Tracey and Lydia his wife and William Dell Hartt the
said parties of the first part'
of, in, to, ont of the same, and every part and parcel thereof, with the
Appurtenances, to HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Lot, Piece or Parcel of Land and
Premises hereby Granted, Bargained and Sold, or Ment, Mentioned, or Intended so to be, and
every part and parcel thereof, with the Appurtenances unto the said 'Trustees of the
Third Tier Free Christian Baptist Church Wakefield their Successors----' and
assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said 'Trustees of the Third
Tier Free Christian Baptist Church Wakefield their Successors' and assigns FOR EVER. 'In
accordance with an Act of the General assembly,
made and passed in the Seventeenth Year of the Reign of Queen Victoria,--------?
"an Act to Incorporate--- certain Bodies connected with the Free Christian Baptist
Church in New Brunswick In witness whereof the said Ezekiel Seely and Rebecca his
wife, Daniel Tracey and Lydia his wife and William Dell Hartt have here unto set their
hand and seals the day and year first herein written

New Brunswick Carleton County|. Be it remembered that on the tenth day of November
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight. Before me, Joseph
Burpee Esquire, one of Her Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Carleton Personally appeared Ezekiel Seely and Rebecca his wife, Daniel
Tracey and Lydia his wife and William Dell Hartt the grantors named in the foregoing
Indenture and severally acknowledged that they did each of them execute the same for
the use and purposes therein mentioned, and the said Rebecca and the said Lydia the wives
being by me examined apart from their said husbands declared that they did so execute the
same freely and voluntarily and without dread or compulsion the word --- -----? in
four different places before signing, also the word October Obliterated and November
entered.
